Howard lives in Taipei with his wife, Olivia, and their two children. Born and raised in Southern California, he is a second-generation Japanese American and has spent over 25 years living and working across Asia.

Alongside his professional work in management consulting, private equity, and leadership coaching, Howard has also served in various ministry roles. Across both business and ministry, a consistent thread has been a bi-vocational calling toward transformation, serving leaders and communities as they pursue lives and cultures marked by integrity, impact, and faithfulness. His perspective is shaped by studies in Theology and Pastoral Studies at Oxford University and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Simon lives in Taipei with his wife, Faye, and their two children, Mariella and Isaac. Before following God's call back to his home country of Taiwan in 2022, Simon spent the past two decades building a business and raising his family in Texas.

He founded Buy On Purpose with a simple mission: donate half the company's profits to organizations fighting human trafficking, providing clean water, and supporting foster care. It grew into a multi-million-dollar enterprise before he sold it to his team. He also published the Amazon bestseller Jesus is My CEO. Since returning, he launched C12 Business Forum Taiwan, equipping Christian-led businesses to operate by Kingdom principles, and now serves as a Deacon at CONNECT.

Linda was born in Taipei and raised in Los Angeles. In 2004, she returned to Taiwan, where she met her husband, Campbell. Together they are raising three daughters.

With a background in communications and education, Linda is passionate about connecting people to God's love across generations. She serves on the Leadership Team, overseeing community development, discipleship, and ministry to women and children, and is a core preacher for Sunday services. Her heart is to see believers grow in faith, walk in their calling, and make a lasting impact wherever God has placed them.

In her free time, she enjoys slow moments with family: taking walks, doodling, and unwinding with a good drama.

Joshua brings an unusual combination to his ministry: over two decades in the tech industry and over two decades leading people in worship. Before coming to CONNECT full-time, he spent years at a house of prayer, supervising worship teams and serving the Chinese-speaking community, and taught coaching and mentoring at ministry schools and churches.

What ties it all together is a call to help people encounter God, whether through a song, a conversation, or a season of prayer. He leads worship at CONNECT and serves in pastoral ministry, bringing the same attentiveness to people that he once brought to technology.

Campbell grew up in New York and has spent the past 20 years building a life in Taipei with his wife, Linda, and their three daughters. As a founding family of CONNECT, he's walked alongside the church from its earliest days as a small gathering of families to the community it is today.

He teaches, leads worship, and spends time with teens figuring out their faith and direction in life. What drives him isn't a platform or a program. It's seeing people genuinely encounter God and step into the life He promised. At home, he's most himself in the ordinary moments: family time, unexpected conversations, and just doing life together.

Nini grew up across four countries and comes to CONNECT as a fourth-generation believer with a deep appreciation for people from all walks of life. In 2019, she answered God's call to return to Taiwan, where she now leads the Singles Ministry.

She is passionate about people encountering God and walking confidently through their season of singleness, not just surviving it, but growing in it.
